Trials with Commercial Sponsors

A basic fee of EUR 1000.-- per trial is charged for the first 70 patients. Beyond the 70 patient limit, a fee of EUR 10.-- is charged for each additional patient.

Trials with Academic Sponsors

A basic fee of EUR 500.-- per trial is charged for the first 50 patients. Beyond the 50 patients limit, a fee of EUR 5.-- is charged for each additional patient.

Randomization Lists

Randomization lists, for up to 5000 patients, can be generated for free using our demo version.

Scope of Service

We provide registered users with access to our self-serve randomization service, subject to our Terms and Conditions. We will offer reasonable levels of continuing technical support to assist authorized users in the use of the service. Technical support is provided via email during normal trading hours.

Additional services, particularly for statistical consultation, must be stipulated separately.

Money Back Guarantee

Our Randomization Service has been successfully used in more than 70 trials from different countries. However, early trial termination may occur in clinical trials due to many differnt issues, e.g. problems with patient recruitment etc. Therefore, if - within a period of 6 months after trial activation - no more than 10 patients have been randomized into a trial and the trial coordinator confirms trial termination, the full basic fee will be refunded.
